Pooja Taneja’s journey into energy and vibrational healing began as a personal quest for peace and transformation. 

What started as an exploration of self-healing soon evolved into a lifelong calling — to help others find balance, emotional release, and spiritual growth through sound, energy, and intention.

Over the years, she has trained with leading spiritual and healing academies, earning multiple accreditations in Sound Therapy, Reiki, Vibrational Healing, Aura Cleansing and Angelic Healing. 

Her approach blends traditional healing systems with modern techniques to create sessions that are intuitive, grounding, and deeply restorative.
